This fall, join Franciscan Care Center , part of CHI Living Communities, as an Activities Assistant and help make every day meaningful for our residents. What You’ll Do
Plan and assist with individual and group activities that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being
Support daily, evening, holiday, and weekend activities
Conduct one-on-one visits with room-bound residents
Help organize special events and community involvement opportunities
Complete activity assessments and documentation per regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance resident well-being
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in wellness programs or senior activities is a plus
Reliability and a genuine love for working with older adults
Ability to maintain compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
