Our insurance office is looking for a confident and highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) individual interested in an entry-level telemarketer/lead generator opportunity. As a bilingual telemarketer/lead generator, you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market auto and home insurance products within the community. Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for insurance sales agents
- Identify customer needs for auto and home insurance products and provide relevant information
- Educate customers on the benefits of various insurance policies and answer any initial questions
- Accurately record call outcomes and update client information in the CRM system
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone manner at all times
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and encourage the next steps
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with sales agents and other team members to maximize conversion opportunities
- Uphold agency standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn CRM/lead management systems
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
