Role Overview: As a key player in our Care Teams, Clinical Assistants and Phlebotomists are vital in providing exceptional patient care. This role demands flexibility, detail-oriented skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our members and collaborate closely with your teammates to enhance patient experiences. Core Responsibilities: Facilitate efficient patient flow by timely rooming and assisting providers. Deliver an exceptional patient experience and assist patients in preparing for their visits. Obtain vital signs and review medications during patient assessments. Manage inventory by ordering supplies and stocking exam rooms. Conduct routine quality control checks for infection control and equipment maintenance. Ensure exam rooms are clean, safe, and ready for patient visits. Provide telephonic support to patients under the direction of RNs or providers. Assist with home-based support for high-risk members when necessary. Perform MA-appropriate procedures and administer vaccinations as directed. Conduct waived laboratory testing and schedule diagnostic procedures. Assist with obtaining and processing medical records per protocols. Participate in care team meetings to enhance patient care and clinic operations. What We Are Looking For: CPR Certification required. Medical Assistant certification or registration is mandatory. 3-5 years in a Medical Assistant role preferred. EMR experience required. 2 or more years working with geriatric patients. Phlebotomy Technician Certification preferred. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Demonstrates problem-solving abilities, accountability, and a positive attitude. Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages relevant to our communities is a plus. Must have US work authorization. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full-time Pay Range: $18.50 - $35.29 (actual pay will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors). This role is also eligible for bonuses and other incentives.
