Job Title: Senior CrossFit CoachLocation:Waunakee, WisconsinReports to:Gym Owner/ManagerJob Type:Part-timeJob Overview:Fortify Fitness Collective is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior CrossFit Coach to join our team. This role is designed for an experienced coach ready to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of our gym. The Senior CrossFit Coach will lead a minimum of 10 classes per week, engage with our community through social media, and drive revenue through various channels beyond memberships.Key Responsibilities:1. Coaching and Class Management:- Lead a minimum of 10 CrossFit classes per week, ensuring high-quality instruction and safety for all participants.- Provide personalized feedback and support to members to help them achieve their fitness goals.- Assist in the development and implementation of class programming.2. Community Engagement:- Actively post to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), tagging the gym and members, and promoting gym events, success stories, and daily activities.- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment within the gym.3. Revenue Generation:- Promote and sell gym merchandise, including apparel and supplements.- Encourage member utilization of the recovery room and other gym amenities.- Identify and develop new revenue streams to enhance the gyms financial performance.4.
