Job Description

Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato's unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named "SASE" by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don't miss it!

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager (Global) to lead strategic event programs that span across large-scale industry conferences, customer summits, and high-impact experiential initiatives - including sporting partnerships.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, demand generation, sales, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to ensure our events deliver exceptional experiences and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing: Drive alignment on creative direction and experiential strategies for global events. Develop integrated campaigns and immersive brand experiences in partnership with the corporate marketing team.
  • Lead Global Event Execution: Own end-to-end management of cybersecurity-focused events worldwide, industry trade shows (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat), and branded sporting events. Ensure flawless execution and measurable impact.
  • Onsite Execution: Oversee all aspects of onsite operations including booth and venue installation, staffing coordination, schedule adherence, and providing real-time support to quickly resolve any unexpected challenges during the event.
  • Post-Event Operations: Lead post-event debriefs and provide the brand and marketing teams with detailed impact assessments, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage third-party vendors including contract negotiation, service quality, and timeline adherence. Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversee ancillary events (webinars, executive roundtables, roadshows) that amplify the reach of key campaigns.
  • Manage event tech platforms and tools to support registration, engagement, and reporting.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the ROI and KPIs of each event and apply insights to future planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of executing high-profile events at a global scale.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across global time zones.
  • Experience managing sports hospitality events or brand activations tied to global sporting properties is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and how events contribute to pipeline and brand goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash and event management platforms
