Job Description

My client is a leading semiconductor business in California who are building their legal teams with an opening at a paralegal level to join and grow within the team.

The Role:

• Maintain corporate governance records and support preparation of board/committee materials.
• Familiar with SEC filings
• Support intellectual property portfolio management (patents, trademarks, trade secrets) NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Exposure to M&A ideal but not mandatory
• Conduct legal research on corporate, securities, and compliance matters; assist with risk assessments and investigations.
• Exposure to compliance

The Ideal Candidate Would Bring:

• 3+ years of professional experience in public company or at law firm with public clients
• Dynamic personality with a can do attitude
• Willingness to grow and develop within the team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual. Please note this position is 5 days a week on site to begin with and will transition into 3/4 days
