What Youll Do

As a Corporate Paralegal , youll support the legal team and business leaders across multiple departments, including Regulatory, Finance, HR, and Sales. Your work will touch on critical areas such as:

• Legal Research & Compliance Track laws, regulations, and industry changes; support compliance efforts.
• Contract Administration Manage contract lifecycles, review agreements, and keep everything organized and compliant.
• Intellectual Property Support Assist in managing patents and trademarks in collaboration with external counsel.
• Deadline Management Track critical filings and corporate deadlines.
• Documentation & Corporate Governance Draft correspondence, maintain corporate minute books, and prepare resolutions.

This is a role where youll be deeply involved in the business , not just sitting behind a desk.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree + Paralegal certification
• 3+ years experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Background in contract management and intellectual property preferred
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and sensitive information with discretion
