Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the President of Elite Gaming, one of the fastest-growing gaming and entertainment companies in Illinois. This role is a blend of professional and personal executive support, requiring adaptability, loyalty, and discretion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and serves as a trusted right hand in managing day-to-day operations, communications, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements (domestic & international).
  • Handle high-volume email inbox management, drafting correspondence, and prioritizing communications.
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor calls, and senior leadership sessions.
  • Assist with contract tracking, licensing submissions, and compliance-related deadlines.

Personal Support

  • Support personal scheduling, household logistics, and occasional errands.
  • Coordinate study/work sessions at NEMA.
  • Travel with the President when needed to key company markets (Las Vegas, North Carolina, etc.).

Project & Business Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting C-suite or entrepreneur-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management and CRM tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and loyalty.
  • Flexibility to travel and adjust to changing schedules.
  • Ability to juggle professional and personal responsibilities seamlessly.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (with potential to grow to $130,000+ for top performance).
  • Health Insurance (medical, dental).
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid Time Off: 15 vacation days + 6 sick days annually.
  • Holiday Bonus.
  • Additional Perks:
  • Company vehicle (based on demonstrated need).
  • Company credit card for travel and business expenses.
  • Potential investment opportunities in company ventures.
What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Loyal and trustworthy — someone who protects time, energy, and priorities.
  • Proactive — doesn’t wait for instructions, but anticipates what’s needed next.
  • Adaptable — comfortable shifting between high-level business tasks and personal support.
  • Career-oriented — looking to grow long-term with the company and become indispensable.
