About the Role

I’m the founder of an AI company based in San Francisco. We’re building a platform grounded in clarity, conviction, and precision focused on how people and systems interact in the real world.

I’m hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with me, someone sharp, reliable, present, and capable of operating in close rhythm with how I move.

This is not a support role tucked behind tasks; this is about being next to the momentum, protecting time, and keeping the right energy and flow across decisions, meetings, and environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing calendars, meetings, and execution logistics
• Coordinating sessions, travel, and event flow
• Supporting real-time rhythm and keeping priorities clear
• Occasionally joining for key moments that require consistency and presence
• Creating structure across fast-moving days, without slowing things down

Who You Are

• Based in San Francisco and available full-time, in person
• Sharp communicator, comfortable under pressure, highly responsive
• Confident in high-speed, high-trust environments
• Flexible with your time and mindset, some days will stretch, some will shift
• Ready to grow into something longer-term if the energy fits
