At Acclaim, we know experienced printers thrive on challenging, high-quality work - and that's exactly what we do. We're a nationally recognized, high-volume contract decorator serving promotional product distributors across the U.S.

We have multiple large, multi-color automatic presses in operation, including our biggest and fastest 14-color press. We're looking for a skilled operator who can step into a key role on our production floor, running the press that best matches your experience and strengths.

Your Role


You'll be responsible for running a high-capacity automatic press from setup to cleanup, managing everything from registration and ink control to production speed and consistency. Depending on your background, you may be assigned to our largest 14-color press, our 12-color press, or another key press in our lineup.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a multi-color automatic screen printing press
Align screens, inks, squeegees, and print sequences according to work orders
Perform test prints, fine-tune registration, and balance colors before production
Maintain consistent quality throughout runs and troubleshoot as needed
Break down and clean press after each job
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

What We're Looking For

2+ years running an automatic apparel press in a high-volume shop
Strong understanding of ink behavior, mesh counts, off-contact, and print variables
Ability to register and maintain complex multi-color jobs
Fast, accurate garment loading
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ink mixing experience is a plus

Working Conditions

Lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
