Reliable Fence Metrowest, a leader in the fence manufacturing industry, is headquartered in Ashland, Massachusetts. Founded in 1955, Reliable Fence Metrowest is a family-owned business known for its quality craftsmanship and service. The company serves residential, commercial, and municipal clients with expertly designed and installed fencing solutions. Their inhouse manufacturing facility is staffed by skilled woodworkers who transform milled parts into custom fences. From concept to completion, their dedicated team supports clients - working closely with homeowners, builders, and landscape architects to deliver the right product for every project.
The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, with a strong focus on construction project management and business operations within the fence industry . Experience supporting a family-run business is preferred, and exposure to industry-leading manufacturing processes - such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies - is a plus.
