Position: Field Service Dispatcher

Location: Dallas, Texas 75202

Duration: Contract-6 Month with possible extension

Full Time W2 w benefits

Pay Rate $22.00-$23.00- hourly

Job Overview:

The Field Service Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching, routing, and making workload adjustments for field personnel across the service territory. Utilizing company systems efficiently and accurately, the dispatcher ensures that internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This role serves as the primary point of contact for process and service order-related questions, including but not limited to field personnel. This position requires the candidate to be onsite and is not a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prioritize, and assign work to the appropriate available resources to efficiently meet internal and external SLAs.

\t
• Communicate effectively with field personnel to log, address, escalate, or resolve their immediate needs or concerns.

\t
• Manage a high volume of work, including emails, phone calls, electronic service requests, and electronic messaging to ensure resolution.

\t
• Interface directly with customers and key internal business partners to resolve process or service order exceptions and escalations.

\t
• Monitor and investigate service orders to ensure compliance rules are being met.

\t
• Take decisive and timely action to address sensitive situations.

\t
• Effectively interface with employees at all levels of the organization.

\t
• Dynamically deploy adequate resources and assets to meet changing customer requirements and timelines.

\t
• Perform all essential aspects and functions of the job as well as other specific job duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.

\t
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

\t
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with high energy and motivation.

• Strong time management skills.

\t
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Computer skills – ability to perform work on a computer at a desk for extended periods of time.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
