HVAC Install Helper

Location: Rockledge, FL
Schedule: Monday- Friday with rotating weekends.
Pay: 30% Piece Rate per install completed.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas
• Help install ductwork, thermostats, and HVAC components under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Learn and apply HVAC techniques and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade
• Willingness to follow instructions and assist experienced technicians
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
