We’re Looking For a Lead Product Designer!

Our Team is looking for a Design Leader with a passion for designing rich and elegant experiences for enterprise applications. This individual will own designing web and mobile experiences that will directly impact hundreds of thousands to millions of users. This individual will also help grow and coach designers to realize their full potential as much as be mentored and coached themselves for upward career acceleration.

We work with cutting-edge technology, design thinking, and agile methodologies to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up. Together we create applications and platforms in ways that deliver superior products and challenge the status quo through high-velocity engineering and expert design to help our clients execute their modern digital road maps.

What You Bring To The Table

• 10+ years of UX Product Design experience with an in-depth understanding of Design Thinking and UX principles and how they apply across the web and mobile for enterprise applications
• 3+ years of Consulting experience. Solid verbal and written communication and consultant/client-facing skills are a must. As a true consultant, you are a self-starter who takes initiative.
• 3+ years at a single in-house brand/product and lots of different projects on that particular brand/product
• 3+ years of experience leading design teams (with other Designers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers) and cross-functional collaboration with senior Product Managers and Engineering leads.
• Must be well-versed with atomic design & iterative design
• Capable of directing self and others in both planning and structuring the work and executing on expected levels of quality.
• Experience leading a program of work through full product development cycles in discovery, concepting, prototypes, specifications, and enablement.
• Expertise in Interaction Design, and strength in Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture; Intermediate proficiency in adjacent skills such as User Research, UX Writing, Prototyping, and Service Design
• Strong facilitation skills and experience employing a variety of methods and techniques to run complex design-led workshops.
• Has driven new business thinking and strategy through their user-centered design work.

• A portfolio showcasing your ability to convey your contribution and understanding of the digital product lifecycle from strategy & requirement gathering, to UX research & user testing, to design iteration & delivery handoff
• A keen eye for design, ability to provide individual contribution but also adhere to a team effort and goal
• Experience in the financial domain is a plus
