Job Description
• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. • Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Required skills:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 2 years of professional experience; or no professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• Linux Server Administration (RedHat and SLES) experience
• Windows Server and Desktop OS experience
• DoD IAT Level II certification (i.e. Sec+ CE)
• Ability to work second or third shifts Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable in information systems networking
• Experience working with VMWare/ESXi, VSphere, and Hyper-V for automated configuration/updates
• Experience with Excel, Agile, Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence) and IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).
• Application/Software: GIT, McAfee, Nexus, Ansible
