Job Title: Order Desk Representative
Location: Concord, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Order Desk Representative to join our team in Concord, ON . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, inside sales, and customer interaction both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and make outbound calls to customers and clients in a professional and timely manner
Respond to customer/client emails, inquiries, and requests promptly and accurately
Conduct data entry for orders, customer information, inventory updates, and other related tasks ( data entry skills are a must )
Process purchase orders and assist in receiving products , including coordination with warehouse staff
Greet customers and clients in-person, providing courteous and efficient service
Support inside sales efforts , including upselling and following up on leads or quotations
Maintain organized records of transactions and communication
Perform other administrative or support duties as directed by management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an order desk or customer service role is preferred
Strong knowledge of purchase orders, order processing, and receiving procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable with order management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday, full-time schedule
On-site role located in Concord, ON
Office and customer-facing environment
