Job Overview
We are seeking an Order Picker Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire shipping process, including recording orders, labeling packages, and packing containers. The ideal candidate must be flexible, have strong attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity. You’ll be a valued part of the Baffio Enterprises Inc. team that completes the final part of the customer experience with Baffio Enterprises Inc Aka the Real Joe Hollywood. If you are one who is willing to take on the challenge of order fulfillment then this is the place for you. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping product to our valued customers.

Order Picker and Packer Job Responsibilities: The following is a list of day-to-day job responsibilities that can vary based upon business needs and the product that you ship. Some common responsibilities might include:
• Receive and process orders
• Distribute packages internally
• Organize and maintain the stockroom
• Planning for the arrival of incoming packages and ensure there is adequate space to store them
• Document products shipped and received
• Resolve any issues or incorrect orders
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and internal procedures
• Careful reviewing of orders for accuracy
• Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to certain packing slips and correct shipping weight.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Picker Packer or in a similar role
• High school diploma/GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Work Hours:
Sunday 12pm-8pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM 30-minute unpaid lunches
