Pay Range

The Parts Manager position compensation expected range is from $90,000 to $130,000.00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations within the Parts Department
• Work closely with the Service & Parts Director to drive performance, streamline operations, and align department goals
• Provide strong leadership and team development
• Monitor daily parts sales, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Maintain organized and professional parts storage and retail areas
• Enforce and oversee cash control procedures
• Collaborate with the Service Manager on monthly reporting
• Track and report parts sales revenue and gross profit

Qualifications:

• Prior Parts Manager experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership environment
• Automotive training or certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to sell and recommend parts and service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
