RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for QC Inspector in StaffordPark, Texas 77477. In this role, you will ensure that all components meet strict quality and engineering standards through hands-on inspections, documentation review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Duration: 5-monthcontract (potential renewal)

Pay: $28/hr. on W2

Work Schedule:7 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. OT available on Saturday if needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Review vendor documentation, including Material Test Reports, for compliance with engineering specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, hard gauges, profilometers, optical comparators, and micro-Hite.
• Identify and document non-conformances for review and resolution by technical authority.
• Raise change requests to Engineering for manufacturability concerns.
• Liaise with functional teams to resolve QC issues.
• Interface with customer, third-party, or certifying authority representatives when required.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control, inspection, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T.
• Understanding of standards: machinist handbook, ASME, ASTM, ISO17025.
• Hands-on knowledge of valves and actuation systems.
• Skilled in dimensional testing and manufacturing processes.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and quality-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
