NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Familiarity with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Shopify Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and how it intersects with SEO Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation Experience with international SEO and multilingual site optimization

One of Houston's largest retail companies is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead the development and execution of its enterprise-wide organic search strategy. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth through technical, content, and local SEO initiatives, while managing a high-performing team of analysts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern SEO practices, strong leadership capabilities, and a forward-thinking mindset focused on leveraging AI and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional collaboration to embed SEO best practices, enhancing content performance, conducting technical audits, and applying advanced analytics to track and optimize results. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of SEO within a dynamic, multi-channel retail environment. This role requires 5 days onsite at their Corporate location in Katy, Texas.
