Power-Flo Technologies is looking for a telemarketer to join the team. You will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to nurture sales leads and set up appointments.

Monday - Friday. Open to part-time and full-time schedules between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM.

Salary Range : $16.50 - $20/hour

Telemarketer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls and emails to potential customers to pitch our products and services.
• Field inbound calls from prospective customers answering any questions.
• Gain product and service knowledge and stay up to date with our offers.
• Research potential customers.
• Vet potential customers through a sales funnel.
• Track the contact list and maintain customer records.
• Take detailed call notes and record feedback.
• Follow sales scripts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.

Telemarketer Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• Experience in outbound telemarketing
• Cold calling and/or call center skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette, active listening, persuasiveness, and determination.
• Persistent and results oriented.
• Eager to gain product knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Works well independently.
• Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications.
• A driver's license is required to travel to trainings as needed.
• Automation and industrial product knowledge a plus.
