Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $60k - $70k DOE

Travel: 20-25%

The Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Touring Ticket Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event builds and serve as the primary liaison with third-party venue box offices across our touring portfolio. This role supports a wide variety of venue types including clubs, amphitheaters, colleges, and arenas. The Touring Ticket Manager will also travel to support select shows as the on-site box office manager, ensuring a smooth ticketing experience from presale to settlement.

Responsibilities

Ticket Builds & Event Management

  • Build and maintain accurate ticketing builds in partnership with ticketing platforms for Peachtree-controlled venues
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on event details, ticket types, scaling, and holds
  • Review and approve final event manifests and allocations

Third-Party Venue Liaison

  • Act as the primary contact between Peachtree and third-party venue box offices
  • Communicate event details, on-sale schedules, comp requests, and tracking needs to venues
  • Troubleshoot ticketing-related issues in collaboration with venue contacts and tour teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate ticketing reporting and settlements

On-Site Event Support

  • Travel to approximately 30 events per year to serve as on-site box office manager
  • Manage ticketing operations including will call, guest lists, and any day-of-show changes
  • Assist in coordinating credentialing and VIP entry when applicable

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years experience in ticketing or live event operations, ideally in a touring or multi-venue context
  • Strong understanding of ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, AXS, Etix, See Tickets, etc.)
  • Experience and comfortability with Ticketmaster Host
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel up to 30 times per year, including nights and weekends

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Previous experience working in a box office or tour management environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
  • Experience with settlements, financial reconciliations, or tour accounting a plus
  • Knowledge of guest services, fan support, or VIP programs
