AI & Data Solutions (AI agents, recommendation systems, low-code AI). Legacy System Modernization (Lotus Notes to SharePoint). DevOps & Managed Services (CI/CD pipelines, automation, 24/7 infra support). Build executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO) and position HexaCorp as a digital transformation partner of choice . Deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and ROI-driven pitches . Achieve and exceed aggressive new revenue and quota targets . Expectations & Business Outcomes The Director of Sales is expected to: Consistently hunt and close net-new accounts , not manage existing ones. Qualifications 10 15 years of IT solutions sales experience , with a strong emphasis on hunting new business . Proven track record of closing large transformation deals ($1M+) . Deep knowledge of cloud, AI, collaboration, modernization, and DevOps markets . Strong CXO network and the ability to open new doors .
