Your Role - Leading Operational Excellence from the Heart:

As the General Manager, you'll drive all aspects of restaurant operations while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. This isn't just about managing tasks, it's about developing people and delivering experiences that leave lasting positive impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership : Hire, train, and develop staff while creating an inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and personal growth

3. Operational Excellence : Ensure food quality, optimize inventory management, and incrementally improve restaurant operations while upholding all safety standards

5. Strategic Growth : Partner with the leadership team to implement improvement strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage
